Joining the Colorado Pregnancy Care Alliance is an essential step for Pregnancy Care Organizations (PCOs) wanting to enhance their impact and extend their reach in supporting women and men facing the crossroads of an unexpected pregnancy.
Membership with the Colorado Pregnancy Care Alliance represents more than just a professional affiliation; it signifies a shared commitment to transforming lives through care, support, and advocacy.
10 Benefits of COPCA Membership
- Representation
Pro-life legislators and advocates need to be well informed about the work of pro-life pregnancy care organizations – and we need to represent what we do to pro-abortion legislators accurately. The Alliance will build relationships with Colorado legislators and inform them about what pregnancy care centers are doing. - Lobbying
One of the Alliance’s goals is to proactively, winsomely, and truthfully represent what we do to legislators and stakeholders on both sides of the aisle – and influence policy and public opinion toward a more supportive and life-affirming stance. - Best Practices Sharing
Our alliance is committed to helping us all stay current on the best pregnancy care practices. Whether through our annual state-wide conference or ongoing connection, we want to collaborate on sharing opportunities for continuous improvement. - Unification
There is strength in numbers. As a member of the alliance, whether your organization — or all Colorado pregnancy care organizations — faces opposition, you aren’t one center on your own. You are part of a collective of Colorado centers. We are better together. - Autonomy
While the alliance works on behalf of all of us, your ministry and its leadership maintain full autonomy to lead your center(s) as God leads. - Accountability
Part of being a member is to commit to excellence in compassionate, shame-free care. In many respects, we are only as strong as our weakest center. - Empowerment
Doing nothing in our state allows pro-abortion groups and the legislators they influence to define who pregnancy care organizations are. If we don’t share what is true, the lies will prevail. We need to remember light overtakes darkness. But only if we shine it. - Public Relations
When appropriate, COPCA will engage the media to address issues impacting pregnancy care organizations – as well as proactively message the important services centers provided to women and men in need. - Networking
In our work, we experience many highs and lows. The alliance is an opportunity to engage with one another, inspire and encourage each other, and build unity and friendship. - Group Buying & Discounts
The alliance actively seeks opportunities for us to collectively provide staff benefits such as insurance, investment options, and discounts on marketing, supplies, and other services our centers need.
As we unite under the banner of this alliance, we not only enhance our capacity to serve but also reinforce our dedication to fostering a world where every woman, man, and child is valued and supported.
The Colorado Pregnancy Care Alliance empowers PCOs to stand as beacons of hope, guiding the way toward a brighter future for women and men in crisis and promoting a culture that cherishes every life.
